On March 6th, “Asia-Pacific Frontier of Law No.24: The Latest development of EU enterprises’ combination System and Cases-Compared with China” was held in 601 lecture hall, Mingde Law Building.

       The speaker of this lecture was Andrés Font Galarza, EU Committee expert, Belgian Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher Law Firm partner. Xie Lin from Commerce Department assumed the office of interpreter. Professor Wu Hanhong from institute of economics RUC, Professor Wu Hongwei, Associate Professor Meng Yanbei and Yao Haifang, Assistant Professor Jin Meirong from RUC Law School jointly assessed the lecture.
