日本一橋大学大学院法学研究科，在国际私法、国际民事程序法、国际贸易法以及国际家庭法等领域均有深入研究；以日文、英文撰写并在国际性著名期刊发表大量学术文章，产生重大的国际影响。

讲座标题：The Development of Japanese Private International law and HCCH

讲座简介：

Hague Conference on Private International Law is a global inter-governmental organization building bridges between different legal systems through conventions of private international law and other instruments. The first meeting was held in 1893, and Japan attended its 4th meeting in 1904 as the first non-European state. Since then, Japan attended its meetings, and made contribution to the discussions in HCCH. Simultaneously, discussions in HCCH had great influence on Japanese International Law. The lecture will present the history of Japan with regard to HCCH and explain the HCCH,s influence on Japanese Private International Law. The future relationship between Japan and HCCH is also a topic discussed under the lecture.
